The Engineering Copy Center now accepts Penn State purchasing cards (p-cards), VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Penn State LionCash.
Internal Penn State Billing
All customers using a Penn State college, school, or department budget for payment for printing must provide the following information:
All customers printing materials through the Copy Center for a Penn State college, school, or department must provide the following information:
- Customer’s name
- Customer’s phone number and email address
- Department number that is responsible for payment
- Budget number/ Fund number (cost center if appropriate)
- USER ID/ACCESS ID of the billing contact person’s ID that processes the IDCC’s for the department responsible for payment
We will submit an IDCC to the department responsible for paying the invoice. The pink copy of the invoice must be given to the billing contact person. For outstanding invoices, departments will receive a statement summarizing any invoices past due, so correct department information is critical.
