Interviewing at the Fall AE Career Fair

Information for Employer Representatives

Limited interview space for employers attending the 2024 AE Career Fair will be available on Monday, September 23 and Wednesday, September 25. Employer sponsorship levels will determine interview space assignments. Those who have chosen the Industry Leader level will be guaranteed private interview space. Those at the Corporate Partner level will be given next priority, and Sponsors will be assigned any remaining, available rooms.

Once interview space has been confirmed, recruiters are responsible for contacting student candidates directly to arrange interviews. 

All interviews will be held in the Bank of America Career Services Center on campus, located at the corner of Bigler and Eisenhower Roads.

  • Employer representatives will have access to rooms from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  •  
  • Check-in at the second-floor reception desk of the Career Services Center 
    • Interview room assignments will be given at check-in 
    • Employers are responsible for calling students from the hallway waiting area when ready to begin the interview 

When scheduling the interviews, please give your student candidates the following information:

  • Students should check-in at the kiosk on the second floor of Career Services 
    • Student ID is required for check-in 
    • Student waiting area will be provided
  • Students should wait in the appropriate area to be called into the interview by recruiter
